Do I pay a Dividends fee?
Although you are required to register for the new programme, there is no monthly or annual fee. The use of this service is optional and does not impact on the earning and redemption of Dividends points, the use of the Private Travel Service and secure online redemptions via Investec Online Banking.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for three years from the date of earning.
Are there cases where I can lose my points?
Your points will be reversed if you are refunded for a purchase or fraud is committed against your account.
Can I close my Rewards account, but not my Private Bank account?

Where can I see how many points I have earned?
You will see the points that you have earned on your monthly Investec Private Bank Account statement. You can also see your Dividends points online. Simply log onto Investec Online Banking and select the Investec Dividends menu option.
If I make a purchase today, when will these points be awarded to me?
Points will be awarded to you the same month that the purchase appears on your statement.
What does it mean if my rewards account is suspended?
Your rewards account will be suspended if your Private Bank Account is not in good standing (e.g. in arrears) at the time of your statement run. Your Dividends points balance will not be available for redemption, although you will continue to earn points for all relevant expenditure on your account.
