Statement and contract note frequency
Clients may choose the frequency of your mail, but typically valuations and statements are sent quarterly and contracts, credit and debit advices, upon posting of the transaction.
Hold mail in Switzerland
The bank will accept 'hold mail' as a mailing option, but will expect the client to pick up mail at least on an annual basis. Uncollected mail will be destroyed after five years.
Multicurrency valuation
On opening the account, the client will choose a reference currency and all assets will be re-valued from their base currency into this reference currency. Investec Bank (Switzerland) AG makes use of a daily pricing service from Telekurs to revalue individual portfolio holdings.
