Account administration fees
An administration fee is charged at 0.50% per annum of Gross Asset Value of the portfolio (0.40% per annum for portfolios in excess of CHF 2.0 Mio) with a minimum fee of CHF 5,200 p.a. It is only charged on client controlled accounts (i.e. accounts that do not have a consulting or discretionary management agreement in place). Classic Reserve and Classic Select accounts do not incur administration fees.
Brokerage commissions
Client controlled or consulting management accounts are subject to brokerage commissions.
Calculation of minimum fees:
The bank has a policy on minimum fees designed to ensure that investment practitioners dedicate their time to a select group of high net worth clients. Clients may opt to choose a service without minimum fees such as a Classic Reserve or Classic Select where they will receive a high quality service from our private client relations team. The minimum fees are as follows:
