Establishing and managing direct property funds


 

Through expertise in property, structuring and funds management, the Property Private Equity team:

  • originates funds management opportunities
  • raises capital
  • sources and manages appropriate direct property investments

The team partners with developers and property managers who are specialists in their sector to give investors access to a broad range of property investments.

The team manages the Investec Property Opportunity Fund (IPOF) and is involved in the Toga Accommodation Fund (TAF). IPOF invests in diverse properties with opportunistic characteristics, while TAF invests in specialised hospitality assets.
