The team partners with developers and property managers who are specialists in their sector to give investors access to a broad range of property investments.

The team manages the Investec Property Opportunity Fund (IPOF) and is involved in the Toga Accommodation Fund (TAF). IPOF invests in diverse properties with opportunistic characteristics, while TAF invests in specialised hospitality assets.
