• Partner Finance – to increase the GP commitment to their funds, provide liquidity against prior fund interest, management buyout of cornerstone investors and support the succession planning of partnerships
• Bridge Finance – to bridge against LP commitments
• LP Finance – to leverage LPs in their ‘Fund of Funds’, and private equity portfolios

Corporate Finance Advisory
