We’re a trust company within a bank that is truly independent.

We can provide smart assistance where others would be hard pressed. We will and do act as trustees of assets such as large art collections, yachts or indeed private planes.

We can also easily test third part pricing and services – we use our leverage to make sure we can get the best deposit or forex rates for our trusts.

And it’s not just cash that benefits – we identify and can bring in expertise on things like single line stock exposure for listed company executives.

That’s very different to pushing products at trust clients.

We have more than 230 staff across our offices in Geneva, Guernsey, Jersey, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Mauritius with almost half holding professional qualifications.

This level of expertise ensures we speak the language of clients and intermediaries.

We work on a single platform with common policies across our group, enabling us to offer clients best practice.

Our legal team doesn’t compete with the intermediaries we work with, it provides an ongoing connection.

Fees

We usually charge a responsibility fee appropriate to the structure, starting at £2,500 plus a fee based on either time spent or agreed in advance with the client.

We set out our strategy at the outset so expectations are managed and the client’s needs are at the heart of all decisions.
