Investec Rugby Challenge Prize Draws Terms and Conditions

There will be one prize draw in respect of each of the Investec Rugby Challenge online games made available on the Investec website, being the Kicking Game, the Catch Game, and the Evasion Game (respectively, each a “Draw” and a ”Game”). In addition, the entrants to the Draw in respect of each Game will be entered into an overall prize draw (the “Overall Draw”, which shall constitute a “Draw” unless otherwise indicated or inconsistent with the context). All individuals wishing to enter into a Draw in respect of a particular Game (and thus the Overall Draw) will need to enter their personal details when prompted to do so in respect of the specific Game. When these details have been entered into the system, the individual will be automatically entered into the Draw being held in respect of that particular Game together with the Overall Draw. There is no limit on the number of Games in respect of which an individual or household may enter a Draw, or the number of times an individual or household may enter a Draw in respect of a particular Game. Each Draw will take place at random on: (a) 3 November 2009 at 5pm, in respect of the Kicking Game, (b) 10 November 2009 at 5pm in respect of the Catch Game, and (c) 17 November 2009 at 5pm in respect of the Evasion Game. The Overall Draw will take place at random on 23 November 2009 at 5pm. The winner(s) of each Draw will be notified by email within 48 hours of that Draw. There will be five winners of the Draw for each Game, and the prize for the Draw for each Game will be two spectator tickets to: (a) the England v Australia rugby union match at Twickenham on 7 November 2009, for the Draw for the Kicking Game, (b) the England v Argentina rugby union match at Twickenham on 14 November 2009, for the Draw for the Catch Game, and (c) the England v New Zealand rugby union match at Twickenham on 21 November 2009, for the Draw for the Evasion Game. There will be five (5) winners of the Overall Draw, and the prize for each winner will be the opportunity for the winner and one guest of the winner’s choosing to join Steve Borthwick together with the other winners of the Overall Draw and their guests for lunch at a venue within 20 miles of the centre of London on 2 December 2009 subject to Steve Borthwick’s availability. In the event Steve Borthwick is unable to attend on 1 December 2009, the lunch may be postponed to any subsequent date at the sole discretion of the Promoter upon notice to each of the winners of such postponement. The prize for the Overall Draw will include lunch and refreshments for each winner and his/her guest. Travel costs and any other expenses are not included as part of the prize in respect of any of the Draws, and the winner of each Draw (and his/her guest, where relevant) will need to make his/her own travel arrangements. Full details of the prize will be provided to the winner of the relevant Draw. No prize is redeemable for monetary value, and no prizes may be re-sold by a winner for value. Tickets to a game are for use by the winner (or the winner’s nominee) and a guest only. The winner of a Draw must accept that Investec may wish to use publicity resulting from that Draw, and the winner agrees to this. All times set out herein are GMT. Investec Rugby Challenge Twitter Prize Draws Terms and Conditions

There will be one prize draw in respect of use of the Investec Rugby Challenge Twitter page (http://www.twitter.com/investec_rugby) (respectively the “Draw” and the “Twitter Page”). The Twitter username of every individual who is a follower of the Investec Rugby Challenge profile on the Twitter Page and who submits at least one question via the ‘@investec’ command available on the Twitter Page from 5pm on 16 November 2009 until 4.59pm on 18 November 2009 will be automatically entered into the Draw. There is no limit on the number of times an individual or household may enter the Draw by submitting a question. The Draw will take place at random at 5pm on 18 November 2009. The prize for the Draw will be two spectator tickets to the England v New Zealand rugby union match at Twickenham on 21 November 2009. The winner of the Draw will be notified by a Twitter direct message to the Twitter username used to enter the Draw. To claim the prize, the winner of the Draw will need to respond to the e-mail address specified in the Twitter direct message with such personal details as may be necessary to enable delivery of the prize to that individual. The winner of the Draw must respond to the Twitter direct message no later than 5pm on 19 November 2009 to claim his/her prize. If the winner of the Draw does not respond in the prescribed manner by that time, the prize offer will expire and the winner will have forfeited his/her right to the prize. The Draw will then be re-drawn at 5pm on 19 November and the same notification and response process will apply, expiring at 5pm on 20 November. The Draw will not be drawn a third time if the prize is not claimed by 5pm on 20 November.
