Acraman is the holding company for Telinet, Newburn, Pasporte, Evolution and Ipitomi
The group of companies focuses on opportunities brought about by the convergence of information technology and telecommunication services using outsourced and managed service business models

The strategy

To provide managed ICT service offerings to medium sized businesses in the UK.

Investec’s role

Investec Growth & Acquisition Finance provided an integrated finance package of debt and minority equity in the original purchase of Telinet in August 2006, and follow-on finance for the acquisitions of Evolution Voice & Data, Newburn Consulting and Pasporte during 2008.

This acquisition brings Investec's total funding commitment to over £16 million, comprising of senior and mezzanine debt.
