Finance backed by assets

Using assets to fund future growth

Our full asset based lending proposition provides leverage against:

  • Receivables
  • Inventory
  • Plant and machinery
  • Property
  • Cashflow/acquisition finance loans

Cashflow/acquisition finance term loans are available over and above an asset based lending foundation, subject to the business’ debt service capability. All asset based lending facilities will include a receivables line.

With a single deal team bringing certainty to deal execution and maintaining the relationship post-completion, our structured asset based lending approach can:

  • maximise business assets to meet the financial demands of growth and acquisition activity (including leveraging an acquisition target’s assets)

  • provide a mix of non-amortising and amortising funding, maximising cash retention in the business

  • potentially provide a greater debt quantum than traditional pure senior debt for profitable companies with balance sheet assets

  • provide for all ongoing working capital requirements
