• Operations in the UK and Germany
• Portfolio of managed payphone and public interactive services at over 8,000 sites

The strategy

• To exploit the growing market for offering interactive services to an increasingly mobile population and to provide new generation technology based services. New technologies already employed include WiFi and Digital Photographic Processing
• To continue to expand organically and through acquisitions both in the UK and European markets

Investec Growth & Acquisition Finance were approached by Young Associates to optimally leverage the equity providers’ return. We were able to synthesise the equity providers’ objectives, the company’s growth strategy and our capabilities to structure an acquisition package to provide mutual benefits to all par ties.
