Woodmead Retail Park

Woodmead Retail Park is anchored by the largest latest generation Pick ‘n Pay in South Africa at 15,400m², and includes a full-line Woolworths, Dischem, Toys R Us, Dion Wired, Rochester Furnishers, Mr Price Sport, Mr Price Home and Mr Price weekend Material. The centre boasts over 1,700 free customer parking bays and is also home to a variety of concept, décor and service orientated stores.

The Firs

Investec Property has invested R500 million into the Rosebank node with its acquisition and redevelopment of The Firs shopping centre, offices and The Hyatt hotel.
