CA Programme

Investec provides a diverse range of financial products and services to a select client base. We operate in three principal geographies - South Africa, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Investec began offering trainees the opportunity of completing SAICA accredited training contracts and qualifying as CA(SA)s in 1998. Since then the programme has become our flagship graduate development initiative.

We support the qualification of Chartered Accountants because, due to the nature of our business, financial skills are crucial to us. It gives us the opportunity of identifying and developing talented individuals early in their careers. It allows us to create a pool of exceptional talent which forms part of the distinct culture of our organisation.

We have successfully retained a high number of our qualified trainees who have made a distinctive contribution to our organisation and we are confident of continuing this trend.
