Richard Hay is head of the Private Capital Group in the London office of Stikeman Elliott, international lawyers that specialise in policy work and negotiations over tax information exchange and financial regulation.
Richard is also co-chairman of the STEP International Committee and received the 2008 STEP award for "Outstanding Contribution to the Profession".
