Das Unternehmen betreibt 36 Filialen in D\u00e4nemark sowie E-Commerce-Gesch\u00e4ft in D\u00e4nemark, Norwegen, Schweden und Finnland. Petworld bietet eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl an Premium-Marken und ist mit ca. 350.000 Treueclub-Mitgliedern ein bevorzugter Anbieter von Futter, Leckerlis und Zubeh\u00f6r f\u00fcr viele nordische Tierhalter. Das Unternehmen hat seinen Hauptsitz in Aarhus, D\u00e4nemark, und besch\u00e4ftigt mehr als 200 Mitarbeiter (FTE).<\/p>\n<p>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fressnapf.com\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fressnapf-Gruppe<\/a> mit Hauptsitz in Deutschland ist der f\u00fchrende Zoofachh\u00e4ndler in Europa. Das Unternehmen hat ca. 1.500 Gesch\u00e4fte in 11 europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern und erzielte zuletzt einen Jahresumsatz von mehr als 2 Mrd. Euro. Das Einzelhandelsnetz wird als Mix aus eigenen Gesch\u00e4ften und Franchise-Gesch\u00e4ften betrieben und besch\u00e4ftigt insgesamt ca. 12.000 Mitarbeiter. In D\u00e4nemark betreibt die Gruppe 47 Gesch\u00e4fte unter der Marke Maxi Zoo, unter der alle Fressnapf-Gesch\u00e4fte au\u00dferhalb Deutschlands betrieben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der \u00dcbernahme von Petworld baut Maxi Zoo seine f\u00fchrende Position auf dem d\u00e4nischen Markt weiter aus und erschlie\u00dft sich die Online-Pr\u00e4senz in Norwegen, Schweden und Finnland.<\/p>\n<h2>Unsere Arbeit<\/h2>\n<p>Investec unterst\u00fctzte Petworld aktiv als exklusiver Finanzberater entlang des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses: Dies inkludierte u.a. die Erstellung der Finanz- und Marketingmaterialien, die Ansprache relevanter strategischer K\u00e4ufer, die Beratung\u00a0 hinsichtlich der Transaktionsstrategie und -strukturierung, das Management des Due-Diligence Prozesses und
