Die \u00dcbernahme dieses Bereichs erm\u00f6glicht es Arterris, seinen Marktanteil im Hafen von Port-la-Nouvelle zu konsolidieren und gleichzeitig seine traditionellen Aktivit\u00e4ten (vor allem die Sammlung, den Umschlag und die Verarbeitung von Getreide, \u00d6lsaaten und Saatgut) auszubauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SMTP und Sud Services sind auf Hafendienstleistungen spezialisiert, darunter Umschlag, Be- und Entladen, Lagerung, Kommissionierung, Transit, Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle, Lagerung, Konditionierung, Verarbeitung und Versand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-unsere-arbeit\">Unsere Arbeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec hat die Ax\u00e9r\u00e9al-Gruppe w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses unterst\u00fctzt: Entwicklung der Transaktionstaktik, Verhandlungsf\u00fchrung zur Maximierung der Transaktionsbedingungen, Management des Prozesses mit allen Vertragspartnern (einschlie\u00dflich Verwaltung der Due Diligence, TSA, Vorbereitung aller Ax\u00e9r\u00e9al-Vorstandssitzungen, usw.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Transaktion ist Teil des strategischen Plans von Ax\u00e9r\u00e9al, sich aus seinen Hafenaktivit\u00e4ten im Mittelmeerraum
