{"id":5134,"date":"2018-12-07T11:10:27","date_gmt":"2018-12-07T10:10:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.capitalmind.com\/deals\/enssner-zeitgeist-translations-gmbh-sold-to-auctus-capital\/"},"modified":"2026-10-20T16:23:30","modified_gmt":"2026-10-20T14:23:30","slug":"verkauf-der-enssner-zeitgeist-translations-gmbh-an-auctus-capital","status":"publish","type":"deals","link":"https:\/\/www.investec.com\/advisory\/de\/deals\/verkauf-der-enssner-zeitgeist-translations-gmbh-an-auctus-capital\/","title":{"rendered":"Verkauf der Enssner Zeitgeist Translations GmbH an Auctus Capital"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00dcber den Deal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Beteiligungsgesellschaft <a href=\"https:\/\/auctus.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AUCTUS Capital Partners AG<\/a> hat die \u00dcbersetzungsdienstleister Wohanka, Obermaier &amp; Kollegen <strong>(WOK)<\/strong> sowie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enssner.de\/unser-team\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Enssner Zeitgeist Translations GmbH<\/a> (zusammen mit dem Anbieter <em>\u00dc-Werk<\/em>) erworben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aus dem Zusammenschluss dieser Unternehmen wurde die gemeinsame Sprachdienstleister-Plattform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.t-works.eu\/offices-locations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">t&#8217;works<\/a> (heute <a href=\"https:\/\/www.t-works.eu\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">t&#8217;works Deutschland GmbH<\/a>) geformt, die seither als eine f\u00fchrende Unternehmensgruppe im europ\u00e4ischen \u00dcbersetzungsmarkt agiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Details zur Transaktion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Plattform-Strategie:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/auctus.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AUCTUS<\/a> \u00fcbernahm zun\u00e4chst den gro\u00dfen Anbieter <em>Wohanka, Obermaier &amp; Kollegen<\/em> als Nukleus (Basis) der Gruppe. Die Akquisition der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enssner.de\/unser-team\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Enssner Zeitgeist Translations GmbH<\/a> erfolgte kurz darauf als strategischer Add-on-Zukauf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beteiligungsverh\u00e4ltnisse:<\/strong> Der vormalige gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrende Inhaber Christian En\u00dfner verkaufte im Zuge einer Nachfolgeregelung 80 % seiner Anteile, reinvestierte die verbleibenden 20 % in die \u00fcbergeordnete Holding-Struktur und blieb weiterhin operativ als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer sowie im Vertrieb der Gruppe t\u00e4tig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Markenauftritt:<\/strong> Infolge des Zusammenschlusses wurde der Markenauftritt angepasst. Aus <em>Enssner Zeitgeist<\/em> wurde im Verlauf der Integration t&#8217;works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unsere Arbeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investec hat bei dieser Transaktion die Gesellschafter beraten, die Transaktion strukturiert und die Nachfolge in einem gut dokumentierten und wettbewerblichen Verkaufsprozess mit dem besten Erwerber, der die
