Fuller Medical Adhesive Technologies, eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der H.B. Fuller Company, zu einem Preis von 285 Pence pro AMS-Aktie t\u00e4tig gewesen zu sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der \u00dcbernahmepreis entspricht einem Aufschlag von rund 34,8 % auf den Schlusskurs von 212 Pence pro AMS-Aktie am 20.
