Investec hat SFG20 und die Building Engineering Services Association (\u201eBESA\u201c) bei der Investition von Bowmark Capital (\u201eBowmark\u201c) in SFG20 \u2013 den britischen Industriestandard f\u00fcr Spezifikationen im Bereich der Geb\u00e4udeinstandhaltung \u2013 beraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bowmark wird neben BESA zu einem bedeutenden Anteilseigner von SFG20. Die Partnerschaft wird weitere Investitionen in die Daten-, Software- und KI-Kapazit\u00e4ten von SFG20 sowie die Entwicklung neuer Produkte und die Expansion in angrenzende Segmente des Baumarktes und auf internationaler Ebene unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SFG20 wurde 1990 von BESA gegr\u00fcndet und bietet Facility-Managern, Geb\u00e4udeeigent\u00fcmern, Auftragnehmern und Beratern \u00fcber seine hochmoderne Softwareplattform individuell anpassbare Instandhaltungsanleitungen, die ihnen dabei helfen, ihre Anlagen sicher, vorschriftsm\u00e4\u00dfig und effizient zu betreiben. Die firmeneigene Datenbank von SFG20 enth\u00e4lt mehr als 1.500 Instandhaltungspl\u00e4ne, die \u00fcber 14.000 gesetzeskonforme Aufgaben abdecken. Im Jahr 2024 f\u00fchrte SFG20 seine cloudbasierte Softwareplattform \u201eFacilities-iQ\u201c ein, gefolgt von \u201eSFG20 Mobiliser\u201c im Jahr 2025 \u2013 einem KI-gest\u00fctzten Modul, das die Anlagenverzeichnisse der Kunden den entsprechenden Wartungspl\u00e4nen zuordnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
