Die Gruppe bietet ein umfassendes Leistungsspektrum, das den gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus abdeckt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erbringt AvenAo Dienstleistungen mit Mehrwert: Beratung, Support und Schulungen. Das Unternehmen positioniert sich als strategischer Partner f\u00fcr die digitale Transformation des Industriesektors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Gruppe ist an neun Standorten in ganz Frankreich t\u00e4tig und bedient einen breit gef\u00e4cherten Kundenstamm in den Bereichen Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie Verteidigung, Konsumg\u00fcter, Industrieausr\u00fcstung, Infrastruktur und Energie sowie Transport und Mobilit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Anschluss an ein von Investec geleitetes Ausschreibungsverfahren wurde Visiativ (SNEF-Gruppe) ausgew\u00e4hlt, um die n\u00e4chste Entwicklungsphase von AvenAo zu unterst\u00fctzen. Die Transaktion wird es AvenAo erm\u00f6glichen, sein Wachstum fortzusetzen und zur Schaffung eines franz\u00f6sischen Marktf\u00fchrers im Bereich der Integration von Dassault-Syst\u00e8mes-L\u00f6sungen beizutragen, wobei starke Synergien und eine erweiterte industrielle Pr\u00e4senz zum Tragen kommen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00dcber Visiativ<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visiativ wurde 1987 gegr\u00fcndet und ist eine franz\u00f6sische Plattform f\u00fcr digitale Transformation, die KMU und mittelst\u00e4ndische Industrieunternehmen dabei unterst\u00fctzt, Innovation, Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit und nachhaltiges Wachstum durch Softwarel\u00f6sungen, Beratung und digitale Dienstleistungen voranzutreiben. Seit 2024 geh\u00f6rt Visiativ zur Groupe SNEF, einem franz\u00f6sischen Unternehmen mit einem Umsatz von ca. 2 Mrd.
