Durch strategische Partnerschaften mit 100 Marken vermarktet das Unternehmen ein sorgf\u00e4ltig ausgew\u00e4hltes Sortiment an vorr\u00e4tigen Artikeln, das auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse professioneller Installateure und Integratoren zugeschnitten ist. Sein integriertes Import- und Vertriebsmodell verbindet die firmeneigene Logistik mit Mehrwertdiensten f\u00fcr die Kunden.<br><br>Das 2004 von Philippe Berda gegr\u00fcndete und seit 2022 von David Berda geleitete Unternehmen verzeichnet eine herausragende Wachstumsentwicklung \u2013 von 24 Mio. \u20ac im Jahr 2021 auf heute fast 100 Mio. \u20ac. Dieses Wachstum wurde durch ein hocheffizientes Omnichannel-Modell vorangetrieben, das eine moderne E-Commerce-Plattform mit einem strategischen Netzwerk aus 13 lokalen Niederlassungen verbindet. Nachdem das Unternehmen bereits zwei wichtige Akquisitionen \u2013 Onyx Vision (2024) und Serviacom (2025) \u2013 integriert hatte, \u00fcbernahm es im September 2026 RAS Security, einen belgischen Value-Added-Distributor, der sich auf Einbruch- und Brandmeldeanlagen spezialisiert hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach einer ersten, von Capza im Jahr 2022 finanzierten OBO investiert Latour Capital nun gemeinsam mit der Familie Berda und dem Managementteam, um einen paneurop\u00e4ischen Marktf\u00fchrer im Vertrieb elektronischer Sicherheitssysteme aufzubauen.
