We are pleased to have acted as sole financial adviser to DBAY Advisors Limited in connection with its £362 million recommended acquisition of Alliance Pharma plc, an international consumer healthcare company dedicated to empowering individuals to enhance their health and wellbeing.

In this role, we provided strategic advice to DBAY Advisors on approaching Alliance Pharma’s board and key shareholders, as well as on the structure of the transaction. Additionally, we supported the commercial discussions between DBAY Advisors and Alliance Pharma, ensuring a smooth and effective negotiation process.
