Parall\u00e8lement, un accord de restructuration a pu \u00eatre n\u00e9goci\u00e9 avec les pr\u00eateurs de premier rang et de rang subordonn\u00e9, parmi lesquels figuraient des banques commerciales d&rsquo;exploitation de croisi\u00e8res qui d\u00e9tient \u00e9galement le \u00ab MS Deutschland \u00bb, un paquebot de croisi\u00e8re cinq \u00e9toiles figurant dans la s\u00e9rie t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e \u00ab Traumschiff \u00bb, cherchait \u00e0 lever de nouveaux fonds propres pour \u00e9viter une insolvabilit\u00e9
