His clients are companies from the industrial, mechanical and plant engineering, steel, building products and logistics sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Holger has been advising on transactions in Germany and internationally for over 20 years. His clients range from small and medium-sized businesses, owner-managed family companies and family offices to international groups.
