Tot haar merkenportfolio behoren onder meer <em>Die Th\u00fcringer<\/em> en <em>Schildauer<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Met deze overname vergroot de Gausepohl Food Group haar aanwezigheid in het foodservice-segment en versterkt zij haar assortiment met hoogwaardige premium-rundvleesproducten met aantrekkelijke marges. Door haar industri\u00eble en commerci\u00eble expertise te combineren met de gespecialiseerde marktpositie en diepgaande vakkennis van Schiller Fleisch, cre\u00ebert de groep een sterk platform voor verdere groei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schiller Fleisch GmbH, gevestigd in Bad Vilbel (Duitsland), is een gespecialiseerde leverancier van premium rundvleesproducten. Het bedrijf bedient voornamelijk klanten in de foodservice, horeca, slagerij- en groothandelssector. Schiller Fleisch beheerst de volledige waardeketen: van de inkoop van grondstoffen tot het uitsnijden, verwerken, portioneren en verpakken van producten. Het bedrijf staat vooral bekend om zijn expertise op het gebied van rosbief, ossenhaas en entrecote en heeft in de Duitse markt een sterke reputatie opgebouwd op het gebied van consistente kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na bijna tien jaar hebben Hannover Finanz en het management van Schiller Fleisch hun belang in het bedrijf met succes verkocht aan de Gausepohl Food Group.
