Fuller"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Investec adviseert Advanced Medical Solutions Group bij aanbevolen overname ter waarde van \u00a3715 miljoen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Over de deal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het Britse Investment Banking &amp; Corporate Broking-team van Investec heeft Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (&#8220;AMS&#8221;) geadviseerd bij de aanbevolen overname in contanten door H.B. Fuller Medical Adhesive Technologies, een volledige dochteronderneming van H.B. Fuller Company. De transactie heeft een waarde van \u00a3715 miljoen en biedt een vergoeding van 285 pence per aandeel AMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec trad op als Joint Financial Adviser, Rule 3 Adviser, Nominated Adviser en Corporate Broker van AMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De geboden overnameprijs vertegenwoordigt een premie van circa 34,8% ten opzichte van de slotkoers van 212 pence per aandeel AMS op 20 mei 2026, de laatste handelsdag voorafgaand aan de start van de biedingsperiode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Met de overname wil H.B. Fuller zijn positie binnen de markt voor medische lijmtechnologie aanzienlijk versterken. Door de combinatie wordt de potenti\u00eble afzetmarkt vergroot, neemt het commerci\u00eble bereik toe en worden de innovatie- en productiecapaciteiten verder uitgebreid.
