Aanwezigheid, bereik en track record over de hele wereld<\/strong><\/p>\n

In de afgelopen twee decennia is Investec uitgegroeid tot een wereldwijd M&A kantoor, waarvan de meerderheid in eigendom is van haar partners, dat bestaat uit 150 professionals, georganiseerd in internationale sectorteams en financieringsspecialisten. We onderhouden goede relaties met de meest waarschijnlijke kopers, verkopers, (private equity en debt) investeerders en targets over de hele wereld. Het meerendeel van onze projecten zijn cross-border.<\/p>\n

Continentaal Europa is onze thuismarkt en bestrijken we met 75+ Investec-professionals via 7 kantoren. Investec Advisory Group vult dit bereik aan met 85 M&A-professionals in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Azi\u00eb en Afrika.<\/p>\n

Sinds 2019 zijn Regions en haar M&A dochteronderneming BlackArch, onze exclusieve Amerikaanse partner. Middels 150 professionals in 11 kantoren in de Verenigde Staten voegen zij een uitgebreid netwerk in de Amerikaanse mid-market toe.<\/p>\n

Hoewel we onafhankelijk zijn, profiteren we als M&A kantoor van de schaal en reikwijdte van deze grote en vindingrijke financi\u00eble instellingen. Hierdoor zijn wij in staat om onder meer wereldwijde kredietverlening en vermogensbeheerdiensten aan te bieden.<\/p>\n

Volgend op een exlcusief M&A partnership sinds 2018, heeft Investec plc<\/a> sinds 2021 een aanzienlijk minderheidsbelang in Investec verworven. Investec is een FTSE 250 bedrijf met een marketcap van 3 miljard en 48 miljard activa onder beheer. Investec is beursgenoteerd in Londen (VK) en Johannesburg (Zuid-Afrika) met (i) een volledig scala aan bancaire oplossingen (inclusief zakelijk bankieren, schulden, fondsoplossingen en toegang tot kapitaalmarkten) en (ii) een aanzienlijke internationale aanwezigheid met 8.500 medewerkers in het VK, Azi\u00eb en Afrika.<\/p>\n

Regions Financial Group<\/a> is een Amerikaans bedrijf beursgenoteerd aan de NYSE en onderdeel van de S&P500 met een marketcap van 20 miljard en xxx miljard aan activa.
