De Europese M&A-markt in de sector Transport & Logistiek blijft gedreven door M&A-activiteit en consolidatie in alle marktsegmenten. In het VK, DACH, Frankrijk, Scandinavi\u00eb en de Benelux blijven verschillende serie-overnemers de motor achter de consolidatie.<\/p>\n

Logistieke diensten worden in hoog tempo aangepakt
\n<\/strong>Het Transport & Logistiek deal landschap in Europa heeft 1.367 geregistreerde transacties bereikt in de periode 2016 – H1 2022. De transactieactiviteit wordt vooral gedreven door een groot aantal overnames in het wegvervoer (24,3%) en een snel groeiend aantal transacties in de subsegmenten expeditie (22,4%) en contractlogistiek (14,6%).<\/p>\n

Toenemend aantal financi\u00eble kopers drijven M&A-activiteit aan
\n<\/strong>Private Equity-investeerders waren betrokken bij 21% van alle transacties in H1 2022, wat aanzienlijk hoger is dan de 9,5% in H1 2021. De toenemende belangstelling van financi\u00eble kopers in deze sector is het gevolg van de fragmentatie van de markt en de waarderingskloof tussen grote en kleine T&L-bedrijven.<\/p>\n

Meer grensoverschrijdende overnames
\n<\/strong>De transactieactiviteit in de sector Transport & Logistiek wordt ook gedreven door meer grensoverschrijdende overnames, vooral in de Benelux. Zowel Europese kopers als niet-Europese kopers uit de VS, Canada, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika drijven deze trend.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
