Als we kijken naar het type kopers, zien we dat de meerderheid van de gekochte bedrijven (56% in 2022) wordt overgenomen door strategische kopers die gebacked worden door private equity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De consolidatie is sterk in de Benelux-markt voor digital agencies, waarbij iO (24 overnames) en Happy Horizon (23 overnames) opvallen in het aantal totale overnames in de Benelux (gevolgd door Ace en 4NG met elk ~10 overnames). Alle platforms verschillen in aspecten zoals klantfocus, integratie, merkstrategie en dealstructuur voor overnames.
