color: initial;\">Yannick Gueho, CEO of Sopral, a subsidiary of the Avril group specialising in the formulation, production and marketing of pet food, reminds us when he joined forces with an investment fund.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.investec.com\/advisory\/nl\/deals\/verkoop-pet-food-bedrijf-sopral\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Investec assisted Avril Group throughout the sell-side process<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pre-sounding appetite for the asset in the market,<\/li>\n<li>monitoring of the financial VDD,<\/li>\n<li>approach of interested acquirers,<\/li>\n<li>creation of the marketing documentation,<\/li>\n<li>identification of carve out issues,<\/li>\n<li>management of the due diligence, and<\/li>\n<li>assistance in negotiating the
