Silvia Shiliashka is COO of UK M&A Advisory in London’s office.
Luke is a Senior Managing Director and Head of UK Advisory at Investec. He joined Investec in 2024, previously spending over 20 years at Citi, most recently as a Managing Director in the UK Investment Banking team and Head of UK MidCap Coverage.
Luke has significant experience in advising both private and public companies across a variety of strategic advisory, M&A, debt and equity transactions in a range of sectors.
As Head of UK Advisory, Luke is responsible for helping drive the growth our UK M&A business, and delivering the firms’ first-class, fully integrated Investment Banking platform and capability to clients.
Luke is a graduate of Bristol University, UK.
Michael is Head of Investec’s Nordic M&A advisory team and has over 30 years of M&A advisory and management consulting experience.
He joined Investec to lead the company’s expansion into the Nordic region. Michael has been active in the Nordic M&A market for more than 20 years, making him one of the most seasoned advisors in the region. He has advised on 100+ acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, de-mergers, LBOs and financing situations.
Michael also serves on the board of NMS Group.
Michael started his career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company based in the Nordics, after which he moved to London, working for JPMorgan investment banking. He later founded and subsequently led PwC’s Danish corporate finance team for 20 years while also holding an executive position at PwC Denmark for 11 years with responsibility for the Advisory practice.
Michael holds a master’s degree in business administration, majoring in Finance, from Copenhagen Business School.
Scott Williams is a Director in London.
He has 8 years of experience across M&A and consulting, with a focus on the Education & Training and Services sectors. He advised numerous EdTech and Corporate Training businesses and was previously Interim COO for a global digital learning platform.
Oliver is a Director in London.
He has 9 years of experience in Investment Banking and Secondaries. He has advised on a wide variety of GP-led transactions for several Private Equity firms.
Sean is a Director in London. He has 10 years of Financial Services experience.
Previously he worked at Keefe Bruyette & Woods and EY.
Liam is an Executive Director in Northern team.
He’s a chartered accountant with over 12 years’ experience in M&A. Day-to-day transaction lead with buyer audience.
Main point of contact for the duration of the transaction and responsible for successful delivery.
He leads the Private Capital Fundraising M&A Advisory team. Oliver has 11 years of experience in corporate finance, with significant technology experience. He has strong knowledge of a breadth of approaches to structuring and an extensive investor network.
He ‘s a charted accountant. Previously, he held investment roles at a family office & an impact fund.
Guillaume is Director, Head of Debt Advisory at Investec’s Paris office.
He is involved in raising financing (growth financing, LBO financing, corporate financing) alongside our M&A teams and our European offices to deliver best financing solutions and optimize the conditions for our clients.
Before joining our team in 2024, Guillaume started his career with KBC Bank in the LBO Financing team and then joined Crédit Lyonnais (LCL) as Leverage and Acquisition Finance Vice-President within the Midcap team.
He holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Financial Engineering from ESSCA – Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers.
He is fluent in French and English.
Stefano Manna has over 12 years of experience in the private equity industry.
Before joining Investec, he was a Director in the GP Advisory group at Eaton Partners, where he was responsible for the sourcing, structuring, and execution of the secondary transaction mandates in the EMEA region. Previously, Stefano was at Cebile Capital (now part of Raymond James) and Greenhill, specialising in private market secondary advisory. Before that, he was on the buy side at Advanced Capital SGR, a leading alternative asset and fund-of-funds manager, now part of Capital Dynamics.
He also has M&A experience from previous experiences at Palladio Finanziaria and Rabobank.
Gaurav Kapoor is Director in Investec. He focuses on Debt & Capital solutions for small and medium sized companies across all sectors in DACH region.
Prior to joining Investec in March 2024, Gaurav held positions at leading investment banks incl. Societe Generale in Frankfurt where he supported private equity clients with underwriting of LBO financings for mid-to-large sized companies in Germany, CEE, the UK, Benelux and the Nordics, and at IKB Deutsche Industriebank, where he focused on a broad spectrum of mid-cap financing topics including leveraged finance, syndicated loans, Schuldscheindarlehen, HY-bonds, etc.
Gaurav holds a master’s degree in finance from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt, and speaks English, German and Hindi.
Sebastian is Managing Director at Investec in the international Team Technology sector, specialising in financial solutions for medium-sized technology and digital companies. His clients are companies from the software, fintech, digital media, digital transformation and IT integration sectors.
Sebastian has been involved in transactions in Germany and internationally for over 15 years with a strong focus on software and financial technology, digital transformation and business innovation. He has a passion for disruptive technologies like blockchain. His clients range comprise medium-sized companies and owner-led businesses in the wider technology space, private equity and growth capital providers as well as family offices. He has advised numerous clients in buy-outs, exits, acquisitions, capital increases and succession solutions.
Prior to joining Investec, Sebastian was Chief Strategy Officer at a compliance software company in the US, Partner at a venture and corporate finance company BVV in Switzerland, and Director at GP Bullhound, a global technology investment bank. Sebastian started his career at Deutsche Bank AG in M&A in Frankfurt. Sebastian is also a member of the supervisory board of Advanced Blockchain AG, which is listed on the German Stock Exchange and is dedicated to the incubation of blockchain projects.
His large network in the technology market in Germany and internationally, his extensive fundraising and M&A expertise, as well as his entrepreneurial experience round off his profile as a very well connected dealmaker and trustworthy advisor and represent a great asset for us as we further strengthen our German activities with him as part of our technology team.
Kunal focuses on FSG and Public Markets and joined Investec in 2019.
At Investec India, he covers Financial Sponsors and is responsible for Originating and Executing Public Market deals.
Prior to Investec, he was a part of BFSI at KPMG and has also worked at Morgan Stanley and Barclays.
Kunal is a Chartered Accountant and a Post Graduate in Commerce from the Mumbai University.
He speaks English, Marathi and Hindi.
Elton has had an Investment Banking career spanning close on 20 years advising clients within the telecoms, financial services, consumer, retail and mining sectors across a multitude of geographies including Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, London, Hong Kong, Mozambique, Middle East and South Africa. Elton has advised on a broad range of transactions comprising B-BBEE transactions, capital raises, listings, mergers and acquisitions among others.
Prior to joining Investec, Elton spent 10 years at UBS as an Executive Director in Investment Banking. Prior to UBS, Elton spent time at Credit Suisse, HSBC and Standard Bank.
Andrew has 25 years of experience across mergers and acquisitions, coverage and financing (corporate, structured and leveraged).
His experience includes working for Standard Bank, Mettle, Rothschild and the Barclays Group, concluding transactions in a variety of sectors involving private companies, listed companies and parastatal entities.
Andrew joined Investec in 2014 and is focused on the provision of financing to listed and private equity owned companies.
Frankie is Corporate Financier and joined Investec in 2012.
At Investec India, he leads business development for the venture advisory team.
Prior to Investec, he was part of the TMT team at Lazard. And has worked in the Indian market for the last 10 years.
Frankie holds an MA (Hons) in English from Jesus College, Cambridge University.

Amogh is a Corporate Financier and joined Investec in 2019.
At Investec India, he Co-Heads the Industrials sector practice specializing in M&A and Fund Raises. He has advised clients in both Public Market and Private Transactions.
Amogh has 18 years of work experience and has been part of Investec’s Investment Banking team since 2019.
He has previously worked with leading Domestic and International organisations such as Axis Capital, L&T Finance, Morgan Stanley.
He focuses on all Industrials sub-sectors as well as B2B businesses and has advised on some of the most complex M&As and structured financing deals. He has advised on 25+ deals across public and private markets.
Amogh is rank-holder Chartered Accountant and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
