We are a leading merger and acquisition consultancy firm that assists companies in acquisitions and sale of businesses, strategic collaborations and financings. Our expertise lies in advising medium-sized and large companies, private equity parties and entrepreneurs. To expand our team, we are looking for a driven Marketing and Communications employee to support us hands-on.
Your role
As Marketing and Communications employee, you will work closely with local Dutch advisors assisting transactions as well as with Investec marketing specialists internationally. You support all kinds of internal and external marketing and communication activities and manage our digital channels. You work closely with our specialists to translate financial topics into clear, professional communication.
Your tasks
- Manage and optimise the website and social media (with a focus on LinkedIn and email marketing).
- Coordinate PR activities around seminars and internal team events and client events.
- Design and layout of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, infographics).
- Supporting internal communication and branding.
What do you bring?
- A completed college education in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in marketing and/or communications, preferably in the financial sector, consultancy or corporate finance.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a feel for financial and business communications.
- Experience with SEO, LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns (Mailchimp) and managing websites (wordpress).
- Skill in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and marketing automation tools.
- Affinity with the financial sector and a good understanding of business and financial terminology.
- Skill in using a CRM program, understanding and able to analyse existing customer data.
- Proactive, analytical and accurate working attitude with an eye for detail.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
