been key to tailor and swiftly complete this transaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>Located near Lyon (France), the business is specialized in the design and manufacture of Plate Heat Exchangers (mainly welded) to supply international clients active in process industries (chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, energy, environment, etc.) and generates about \u20ac7m revenues in 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Group Aquair is a family-owned French business specialized in climate engineering and HVAC solutions, generating over \u20ac100m revenues in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition, backed by
