Furthermore we actively supported M\u00f6ck with the preparation of required documents, including financial information and marketing documents. We also supported in the negotiation with financing partners from the first contact, to the closing with the best partner.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00f6ck is a diversified German machinery and metal processing company with three business segments: manufacturing of (special-purpose) machine tools and precision tools (e.g. milling heads) and CNC-contract manufacturing. We advised a mezzanine financing to refinance short-term funding with long-term lines. The goal was to enhance liquidity and financial flexibility of M\u00f6ck. Investec has structured a competitive process with multiple mezzanine investors to find the best partner for M\u00f6ck at the most attractive
