Furthermore, Investec developed several financing structures and helped select the preferred structure supporting Alpha\u2019s investment case and acted as a valuable link between Alpha, advisors, banks, funds, and lawyers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>EUROPART is the leading European distributor of spare parts and wearables for the independent commercial vehicle aftermarket (trucks, busses and trailers). The company was acquired by Triton Private Equity in 2011. Triton has decided to exit EUROPART in an auction process run. Alpha PE was very motivated and highly interested to realize the deal given their previous investment RHIAG which operates in similar markets. Finally Alpha has been able to succeed in the auction process and sign the transaction backed by an underwriting for the acquisition financing by ABN Amro and
