{"id":137,"date":"2018-06-01T07:20:56","date_gmt":"2018-06-01T07:20:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/capitalmind.eu\/deals\/sale-of-bertin-ergonomie-to-ciclad\/"},"modified":"2020-10-01T17:44:05","modified_gmt":"2020-10-01T15:44:05","slug":"sale-of-bertin-ergonomie-to-ciclad","status":"publish","type":"deals","link":"https:\/\/www.investec.com\/advisory\/deals\/sale-of-bertin-ergonomie-to-ciclad\/","title":{"rendered":"Sale of Bertin Ergonomie to Ciclad"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec advised CNIM Group throughout the entire sale process: including preparation of marketing documentation, search and selection of potential buyers, management of the due diligence, assistance in managing carve-out issues, and negotiating the firm offer and legal documentation.<\/p>\n<p>This is the third transaction for CNIM group advised by our teams.<\/p>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Bertin Ergonomie is \u2018the ergonomics and human factors\u2019 consulting business of Bertin Technologies &#8211; a business unit of CNIM Group, a technology consultancy and engineering company.<\/p>\n<p>Bertin Ergonomie is led by Dominique Soler and Thibaud Blanc, has 90 consultants, and generated revenues of more than \u20ac8m in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>This development project is supported by the management team and the private equity house Ciclad, who will provide the capital to accelerate growth. The objective is to strengthen Human Design Group&#8217;s position (the company created for the takeover of Bertin Ergonomie) as a leader in its market and to develop a leading company in digital design and transformation consulting services.
