Furthermore, we prepared all necessary documents for the approach of potential investors, including presentations of the concept as well as the modeling of the business plan, designed the data space and coordinated due diligence<\/p>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>Corius is a group building concept for dermatological outpatient care centers in Germany. The initiator Dr. Dietrich Schrapper, a long term Investec client, together with Ufenau has completed the first part of this transaction by acquiring the nucleus hospital Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Mikroneurochirurgie mbH, a highly specialized clinic for minimally invasive neurosurgery treatments. The transaction will serve as a platform to execute a systematic buy &amp; build strategy in the highly attractive and fragmented market of outpatient dermatology and minimal invasive
