An important aspect was, that the potential acquirer did not offer a competitive radiology information system and that the acquirer will further develop the products. Investec actively supported the shareholder of i-SOLUTIONS all along the acquisition process: contact of potential buyers, valuation and structuring guidance, coordination of due diligence and negotiation with several bidders until final closing together with the legal advisor.<\/p>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>i-SOLUTIONS Health is a provider of hospital \/ laboratory \/ radiology information systems. The company is an established brand on the German healthcare IT market and one of the biggest players.
