The group employs ca. 200 people across the Dutch and Belgian offices, mainly highly educated specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences offers customers a complete range of analytical and consulting services to ensure the safety and quality of products that have an impact on consumers\u2019 health. The company has a presence in 21 countries through a vast network of over 80 accredited laboratories and six centers of innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences acquires KTBA to realize its growth ambitions: strategically complementing its services in the Netherlands. This acquisition also strengthens M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences European label compliance, regulatory and risk monitoring services aiming at supporting its clients to make their products marketable and safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are very enthusiastic to have the talented and recognized team of KTBA joining us\u201d said Philippe Sans, President &amp; CEO of M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences. \u201cThis acquisition is fully aligned with our strategic roadmap and illustrates M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences commitment to offer solutions beyond testing to support our customers throughout the entire value chain\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ron Besseling, founder of KTBA added: \u201cWe\u2019re very excited.
