Based in Pantin (near Paris), the company has operational agreements with 80+ post offices around the world, and an extensive national-collection network. IMX offers its customers personalized and highly competitive mailing solutions, thanks to its proprietary algorithms that allow the company to permanently optimize routes. Its impressive growth in the parcel business has been driven primarily by the development of \u00a0e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p>Naxicap Partners entered the group in 2012 as a majority shareholder alongside management, via a primary LBO. Naxicap Partners is now selling its shares in this secondary LBO operation backed by Pragma Capital.<\/p>\n<p>Pragma Capital takes a majority stake in the group, intending to support and accelerate growth. This will include offering new services and a large scale roll-out of the \u2018ColisExpat\u2019 service.
