About the deal<\/h2>\n

Lennertz & Co. is an owner-managed family office with a clear focus on the development and value enhancement of its investors’ assets. Lennertz & Co. places particular emphasis on advising on strategic (long-term) and tactical (short-term) asset structuring in accordance with the personal preferences of its clients.<\/p>\n

Stein HGS was founded more than 20 years ago and is one of the leading B2B dealers of equipment for road maintenance, construction sites, displays and related products. The company is based in Seevetal near Hamburg and operates leading BtB online shops such as Absperrtechnik24.de, Industriebedarf24-Shop.de and Stein-hgs.de.
