The original innovator of video gaming, founded in 1972, Atari owns and\/or manages a portfolio of more than 200 games and franchises, including world renowned brands like Asteroids\u00ae, Centipede\u00ae, Missile Command\u00ae, Pong\u00ae, Test Drive\u00ae, Backyard Sports\u00ae, Deer Hunter\u00ae, Ghostbusters\u00ae, and Rollercoaster Tycoon\u00ae. Atari capitalizes on these powerful properties by delivering compelling games online (i.e. browser, Facebook\u00ae and digital download), on smartphones and tablets and other connected devices. The Company also develops and distributes interactive entertainment for video game consoles for Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony. As a licensor, Atari extends its brand and franchises into other media, merchandising and publishing categories. Atari has offices in Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Lyon and London. Atari is listed on NYSE Euronext Paris stock exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Launched in the mid 90\u2019s Game One is a leading French thematic channel that targets the 15-24 year old gamer demographic. The channel is available anytime, anywhere, and on any device (TVs, computers, smartphones, tablets).<\/p>\n<p>MTV Networks (Viacom Group) is one of the world\u2019s leading creators of entertainment content, with brands that engage and connect diverse audiences across television, online, mobile, games, virtual worlds and consumer products. The company\u2019s portfolio spans more than 150 television channels and 400 digital media properties worldwide, and includes MTV, VH1, CMT, Logo, NextMovie, Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite, Nick Jr,
