Syntesys Group is a European leading SWIFT services provider to financial institutions and large corporates. Further to a MBO conducted in 2005, a merger with a Swiss partner in 2007 and a fundraising completed in 2009, the Syntesys group is owned by four managing partners and a French Private Equity Fund (CM-CIC Capital Priv\u00e9).<\/p>\n

Thanks to Syntesys’ unique positioning on a booming niche market, Investec identified several international strategic counterparts (American and European groups) that have shown a strong interest in the Group. While enabling to reach a high financial value, the thorough auction process ran by Investec allowed the management team to choose SunGard (www.sungard.com), their preferred partner, who will provide very good business opportunities for both the company and employees.<\/p>\n
