Lat\u00e9co\u00e8re to valuation and structuring guidance, preparation and negotiation of the letter of intent, execution support, due diligence management and assistance to the final negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>Investec also involved its financing advisory team to raise a mix of debt, mezzanine and equity to finance the transaction.<\/p>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>ADF is a leading European player in industrial maintenance and engineering services, with 3,000+ employees in five countries and a blue-chip customer-base spread across a range of end-markets &#8211; Nuclear, Oil &amp; Gas, Chemicals, Materials and Aerospace.<\/p>\n<p>This acquisition responds to ADF three strategic objectives: to bolster its expertise as an industrial integrator, achieve \u20ac150m+ revenues
