Kompetera works both strategically and operationally with clients to meet specific demands and provide complete IT solutions. The company\u2019s offerings are divided into three categories: Products, Services and Solutions. The company was founded in 2004, since then it has grown successfully to revenue of approx. \u20ac20 million in 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advania<\/strong> is a leading Nordic IT-provider operating from 27 locations in Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Finland and now Denmark. The company provides a wide range of IT-services, platforms, cloud solutions and support to multinational enterprises, governments as well as small and medium-sized businesses. Today, Advania has more than 1,200 employees and have reached \u20ac500 million in annual revenue through rapid M&amp;A activity and organic growth. Advania is backed by the Danish Private Equity firm VIA Equity, which acquired a minority stake in Advania in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition strengthens Advania\u2018s presence in the Nordics and marks the company\u2018s entry into the Danish market.
