Investec supervised VDD works, drafted the marketing documentation, managed the due diligence process, and assisted the shareholders in final legal negotiations both with the investor and the banking pool.<\/li>\n<li>Investec also managed the \u20ac15m <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investec.com\/advisory\/debt-advisory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">debt raising<\/a> process and advised the shareholders in legal negotiations with the banking pool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>Created by Claude Georges and Zakaria Benjelloun, <a
