Generating \u20ac20m revenues, the activity employs 200 engineers and technicians located in 6 sites in France. The activity will join the Aeronautics &amp; Defense division of Groupe ADF.<\/p>\n<p>Spin-off from Gaz de France \/ Cofatech in 2007, Groupe ADF has become a national leader in industrial maintenance and engineering services towards blue chips customers in the Nuclear, Oil &amp; Gas, Chemicals, Aeronautics and Materials Industries. Generating almost \u20ac300m revenues, Groupe ADF employs over 2,800 employees through 34 facilities in France and the Benelux.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition of Polymont Maintenance Industrielle enables Groupe ADF to reach 2 of its strategic objectives: support its growth plan in the Aeronautics sector (targeting to double revenues by 2020) and reinforce its geographical coverage, most notably in
