Employing over 110 people, the group operates from Northallerton (HQs) and the Port of Goole.<\/p>\n<p>Through this transaction, Avril P\u00f4le Vegetal gets hold of a UK platform and secures one of Saipol\u2019s key customer (Saipol is part of Avril\u2019s Oilseed division and engages in producing and marketing refined vegetable oils and
