We advised one of the largest Slovenian holding companies with tourism, infrastructure and IT activities on financial restructuring and refinancing of over \u20ac200m of financial debt with 19 lenders. As 100% consent from all lenders was required, we were able to structure the debt with different tranches and potential recoveries thereby accommodating all lenders \u2013 one of the largest successfully restructured transactions in CEE.<\/p>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>Refinancing of over \u20ac200m of financial debt with 19 lenders.
