As a buy-side advisor to BOSA we advised in all steps of structuring, negotiating and executing the transaction.<\/p>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>As a leading supplier of steel and aluminum elements to the automotive industry, BOSA was looking to diversify into the aluminum diecasting sector. Investec has investigated several alternatives besides Schweizer Group Suzhou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BOSA Group LLC<\/strong>, Headquartered in Pejing, China, acquired 100% of the shares of <strong>Schweizer Group Diecasting Co Ltd<\/strong>., Suzhou, China, from Schweizer Group International GmbH, Germany.
